1. Who we are
Sellscape AI ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data we collect from customers and visitors to our marketing site.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, billing info.
- Usage data: log events, IP, browser, pages viewed.
- Customer content: prospect lists, email drafts, replies, meeting data you upload or generate.
- Connected services: API keys for CRMs and data providers you connect (stored encrypted).
3. How we use it
To operate, secure, and improve the Service; to send transactional and (with opt-in) product emails; to comply with legal obligations.
4. Lawful basis (GDPR)
Contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve it), and consent (where required).
5. Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors required to run the Service (hosting, AI inference, email delivery, payments, analytics). See the DPA for the current list.
6. Retention
We retain account and content data for the life of the account and for up to 90 days after deletion, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. tax records).
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection. Submit requests via privacy@sellscape.ai.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
9. Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access, audit logs, and routine vulnerability scanning.
