1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sellscape AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Sellscape AI provides autonomous AI sales agents that research prospects, generate outreach, manage replies, and book meetings. You are responsible for the lawful use of any outbound communications sent through the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

• You will comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and all applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws.
• You will include a valid physical address and functional unsubscribe link in every outbound email.
• You will not send to purchased lists without lawful basis, harass recipients, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• You retain ownership of your prospect data and content; you grant us a license to process it solely to operate the Service.

4. Account & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. AI Output

AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any outbound message before it is sent on your behalf.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that harm deliverability for other customers.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
